Our Client, a global hostel-focussed online booking platform, headquartered in Dublin, is
looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their Finance team on a 12 month interim

As Interim Tax Manager, you will be mainly responsible for the management of
Group tax compliance.
This position will report directly to the GFC and will have considerable interaction with the
Executive Leadership Team. The appointed person will work as an active part of the Finance
Team as well as managing the day-to-day accounting and tax compliance matters across
multiple locations of the group.
The ideal candidate for this position will have significant industry experience. An accountancy
and tax qualification with a background that ideally includes big 10+ training, or equivalent, is
required. A pre-requisite for this position is an ability to display a forward-thinking attitude with
all stakeholders in a fast-moving and changing business environment.
The role requires a candidate who is a clear decision maker with excellent stakeholder
management and communication skills across all channels in dealing with individuals and
groups at all levels, both internally and externally. The position also requires a hands-on
approach in terms of handling and resolving of issues as they arise.
Manage Group tax compliance across all the major tax heads and in all jurisdictions it
operates and expands into.
Ensure that all returns submitted to tax authorities are properly compiled and submitted in a
Work with external tax advisers on day to day tax matters and tax compliance, including
across border tax planning and transfer pricing.
Manage tax provisions and maintain tax balances on the general ledger.
Manage and coordinate tax audits.
Supporting Corporate M&A work as required.
Assist in developing and managing the tax strategy for the Group.
Play an active role in the Finance Team and provide support and guidance on technical

Qualified Tax Adviser
At least 5+ years PQE
Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax.
Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines and proven Transfer Pricing Experience.
