Our client are a leading advisory firm headquartered in Dublin with multiple regional offices across Ireland.

The Opportunity:

This division is part of a Big 4 firm which is undertaking a substantial growth strategy to build a world class Financial Services Transaction Services advisory practice. If you'd like to work with some of the leading domestic and international brand names across the  Banking, Aviation Leasing and wider FS industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and lead the preparation of client deliverables including excel data books, analysis, reports, presentations and discussion packs

  • Embrace our technology and innovation to enhance our client deliverables and the quality of our client engagement

  • Support and lead aspects of the go-to market strategy including thought leadership and business development

  • Analyse and interpret the financial and operational results of companies targeted for sale by reviewing financial information and participating in interviews with management.

  • Based on understanding the key business drivers, prepare and review analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact funding requirements and deal valuation

  • Project manage teams and work closely with all members as well as forming strong internal links within transaction support 

  • Support talent development, coaching, mentoring and business recruitment initiatives

Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant, CFA or equivilent 

  • 5+ years experience working in a large advisory firm

  • Financial Services experience essential

  • Natually curious and ambitious individual

  • Strong track record in a full transactional lifecycle

  • Ability to lead high performing teams with a strong customer focus
